Priority follows damage
The rule isn't 'smallest first' or 'largest first' — it's 'most dangerous first'. Ask what actually happens if you don't pay this one this month. The answer sorts the list for you.
Know the difference between late and defaulted
Late is a payment that's slipped briefly, usually fixable quickly with no lasting mark. A default is a longer state, it's reported to SIMAH, and its effect follows you into future financing applications.
If you have to choose, prevent the default first.
Minimum on everything, then concentrate
Minimums across all commitments stop them escalating. Then send every spare riyal at a single one until it closes. Closing one file entirely beats reducing five slightly.
Ask for a settlement on the defaulted one
A balance that's been in default for a while is usually the most negotiable, because the creditor prefers a certain partial recovery to an uncertain full one.
