What you'll do
- Build, lead and train the collections team
- Monitor compliance with contact limits and permitted hours
- Analyse performance and intervene when metrics drift
What we're looking for
- Experience leading collections or customer service teams in financial services
- Familiarity with SAMA's debt collection regulations
- Fluent Arabic
